Grand Court Hotel

The staff exceeded or expectations. The flight arrived 6 hours late so we arrived at 6am to the hotel instead of the day before. We did not had time to eat breakfast because the first tour was going to start at 7 am; however, Bessel (dining room manager) helped us and give us aluminum boxes so we were able to bring our breakfast to the tour. Then, the next day we had an issue with the second tour we booked and we had to return to the hotel. Since we needed to figured out the issue with the tour, and we were doing some phone calls, they allowed us to check out after 11:00am. While we were eating breakfast, three employees were helping us on how to either rebook the tour or providing us information on how to continue the tour by ourselves. When we rescheduled the tour for the next day, the main manager was able to accommodate us again at the last minute and gave us a great price. The chef knew the problem we had, and he was asking us if we needed something special with the food as we were stressed with the issues we had witj the tour. Everyone treated us like family.

Good location, nice swimming pool, tram stop almost next to hotel ( 3-5 min walk), good choice of food for breakfast, big clean rooms, helpful stuff. The hotel is 1 tram stop from Old town Damaskas gates or 2 stops from New gates or Jaffo street

The staff was exceptional. Delicious lavish breakfast. Clean rooms. Very friendly management. Will definitely be back soon

It’s the second time I’m here at the hotel. The staff is really friendly. The best with the hotel is the pool and its nice surroundings. The bed was really comfortable.
